Shipping and returns

Hi, and thank you for shopping with Lifeable. Our greatest concern is our customers, and we want to make sure you have the greatest experience possible. Therefore, we tried to create a shipping and returns policy that will work for you and for us.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free shipping for all orders in the U.S! We ship out our products within two days of purchase. We use standard ground shipping through UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Please allow two to six business days from when your order was shipped until it is delivered.

If a package is returned to us, because the package was unable to be delivered for whatever reason, we will give issue a refund, but there will be a $2.50 restocking, unless we made an error. If you want us to reship the product, there will be a $5.95 shipping fee for the first item, along with a $2.50 charge for each additional item.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel an order, only until you receive tracking ID. Once you did, you cannot cancel your order anymore.

All claims need to be filed within seven days from when the order was received. If you didn’t receive your order, it will only be honored until fifteen days from when you placed your order.

 

RETURN POLICY

Lifeable offers a free 30-day return policy to our wonderful customers! In order to return an item, please email support@lifeable.com. Items must be in original condition, in original packaging, and sealed.
All returns have to be done with a trackable carrier and have to have the following information.

Full name
Address
Phone number
Email address
Original order number
Reason for return.

Please allow us 15 days to process your returns. If we don’t receive the returned product, and the tracking ID cannot be found, we cannot offer a refund.
